Sea Urchin Harvest's diver, Chris Theodore, has been diving the South East Coast waters of Australia ever since he was a young teen, now with over 25 years of commercial experience.
Chris' family are all big divers, diving along the same coastline since 1960. His father, Chris Snr, was a very successful Abalone diver who introduced Chris and his two brothers to diving at a very young age.
Chris Snr's boys would tag along on many of his diving trips, where they would jump in beside him and learn how to be a great diver. Those early experiences diving with his father and the invaluable knowledge he gained made Chris the diver he is today.
Due to the processing plant being located on his property at Tomakin in NSW, Chris can deliver his premium Sea Urchins within hours, while simultaneously overseeing all quality control. This means Chris can deliver the freshest and most premium Sea Urchin Roe products in Australia on the very same day!
His passion and love for the ocean extends further then diving - if the ocean is too rough, Chris will most likely be spotted surfing somewhere along the coast with his three young kids and wife, or fishing with his mates.
